  • The Amazing Race is open to American citizens living in the United States
  • Each team should comprise of 2 members, with a minimum age of 21 years.
  • Each team mate must submit an application form, sent together to The Amazing Race.
  • Each team must submit a VHS tape that is no more than 3 minutes long.
