TAR 9 - Episode 1

I had a good time watching this! The whole time I was thinking “TAR you are sooooo back”.

My favorite teams so far are: BJ & Tyler, Wanda & Desiree, Ray & Yolanda and David & Lori - they were so cute when Phil informed them of their standing and they said “How’d that happen”

    I am enjoying this show a lot!! I’m from Sao Paulo and i live in California, so this race has a special meaning for me.

    i love the mother and daughter tandem of wanda and desiree though my heart goes to fran and barry…and my eyes just smoke looking at hunks eric and jeremy..o:)

    Lake and Michelle are my favorite. He’s a good guy, despite the show airing only what they want you to see about him.

    I thnik it is great that there are gay people on each race. The entire racing field is usually pretty delibertly diverse & that’s the way is should be. If you don’t like it stay under your rock & don’t watch it.

    My favorite team is Lake and Michelle. Lake is so real. He doesn’t seem to be putting up a front for the TV camera. From the very beginning he said he is a very intense person, so why try to hide who you really are. He says what he thinks just like he would if he was talking to you in person and not through a TV screen. I think before long you will probably see another side to some of the other teams. It seems The Amazing Race has picked Lake to be the bad guy, but I think they will probably be disappointed in the long run. Don’t know about you, but I picked up on the good side a couple of times.

    But he has a point there are gays on every year! In order for them to be statistically correct there would not be gays on the show every year it would be more like once in every ten shows. The gays are the smallest majority represented on that show every year. So in essence what they are saying is if you are gay you will have a better chance of getting on the show, because they are the smallest majority represented. Talk about glorifying a perverse way of life.
