I’ll be doing a recap of the show soon but in the meantime some thoughts on the season premiere after the jump…

1. The Godlewski sisters are really shrieky. No, not freaky but shrieky. Their exuberance while endearing at this stage could easily start grating on my nerves as the season progresses
2. Whoa the Paolo sons really need to take a chill pill! And what’s up with them always berating their mother?
3. Yaaay! Kevin and Drew!
4. Crossing the Delaware gave me a number of moments for chuckles:
   Aiellos: I’m going to keep stroking
   Yeah, keep stroking all you want

   Don’t let the flag fall in the water. It’s sacreligious or something

5. Why didn’t the Paolo’s get a time penalty or something for not having their clue? I thought it is sacreligious to lose your clue in The Amazing Race
6. I’m sorry the Blacks came in last. I really thought the Paolos were going to get it for not having their clue
7. Yes, the family edition is going through the United States. The flag in the opening credits shows it. The map at the official website shows it!
