After nearly four years, Amazing Race fans can all look forward to the Season 1 DVD which is due out in the fall.

David Taylor over at RealityReel talked with Elise Doganieri, Co-Creator and Supervising Producer about the show and what fans can expect:

* Interviews with teams inter-cut with the race
* Sections where you can hear what contestants have to say
* Never before seen footage (Season 1 didn’t have a recap episode like in Season 6 or 7)
* Interviews with the creators
* Interviews with Phil Keoghan, host of The Amazing Race

And what of DVDs for other seasons? Doganieri says the she has “a very good feeling we’ll be doing more…”
